The core idea of the enterprise is to implement target management and performance evaluation to achieve the goal of stable growth of revenue and profit, to continuously strengthen the professional ability of each colleague to improve the overall competitiveness, and to establish a high-quality construction team as the ultimate objective of the company.
Improving the quality of engineering construction has always been one of the company's major goals; thus, a special “Quality Control Unit” has been established to implement an internal three-level quality management system: The first level is independent quality control by subcontractors; Level 2: Independent quality control organized on-site; and Level 3: Quality check by department. Specialized personnel shall supervise and instruct any construction deficiencies on site in order to review and improve them. Education and training sessions shall be organized for engineers, as well as for the on-site workers, to enhance the independent management of engineers and technical ability of workers.
Draw up the quality management plan, set up the inspection at the stop point in each stage of the project, cooperate with the regular/irregular inspection and establish a reward and punishment system in terms of monthly/quarterly/annual quality review competition, in addition to implementing the internal completion initial inspection to control the delivery quality and continuously striving for perfection, will all comprehensively improve the overall construction quality of the project.
